Pack your bags and head to the sea. The owners of this lovely home recently gave it a facelift, and let me tell you, it shines.
They are not always around, caught up in life's hustle and bustle, but they have decided to share their slice of paradise with folks like you who appreciate the finer things in life.
With a back-up inverter and nestled by the shoreline with a green belt and private beach access, this home is a gem. Positioned in popular Perlemoen Street - with about a 15 minute beach walk to Pipe Beach (suitable for swimming and wallowing in the rock pools) and further along the Swimming Beach.
Featuring an open-plan kitchen and living area with contemporary design, it is the ideal spot to unwind after a day of adventure. A spacious dining table awaits, large enough to accommodate everyone. When you are not on the beach or out exploring, this is where you will be spending your time.
The living area opens up to the swimming pool and deck, with a private pathway leading directly to the beach. On the right side of the living space, sliding doors open onto the second outdoor veranda, which connects to the fourth bedroom. With two outdoor tables and benches, the veranda is a perfect spot to relax.
Upstairs, three bedrooms offer sea views, while the fourth bedroom can accommodate up to five guests - great for the children.
