Coastline Collection is owner-run and managed by Helen Mackenzie – a true Eastern Cape stalwart with a superhero knack for efficiency and a magnetic charm that wins clients over instantly.
Originally from the UK, Helen and her family fell in love with the magic of the Sunshine Coast and decided to settle down in the area.
Helen’s journey began with her own holiday home, where she quickly realised the joy of coastal living should be spent relaxing, not worrying about the property. Spotting a gap in the market for hands-on property management and maintenance of holiday homes in the area, Coastline Collection came to fruition. Leveraging her long-standing relationships with service providers, she keeps every owner’s piece of paradise picture-perfect all year round.
With more than 12 years experience in the rentals industry, Helen has an impressive portfolio.
Beyond her stellar rental background, Helen’s talent in executive assistance and logistical planning has seen her collaborate with prestigious organisations like the United Nations. Her attention to detail, organisational finesse and warm, friendly personality ensure that every initiative runs like clockwork.
