They made a daring purchase and returned home as proud owners of their paradise. After considerable effort and some changes, this home holds a special place in their hearts, serving as their personal sanctuary during their visits.

Set against the pristine backdrop of the beach, this house is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, inviting you and your family to unwind and enjoy a well-deserved holiday while respecting the natural environment. With generously sized bedrooms and a sprawling open-plan living and dining area, this house says "spread out," offering ample space for your family without feeling crowded.

With room for up to ten (10) guests, it's ideal for large families or groups of friends. Offering five bedrooms in total, four of which have sea views, quite frankly, you cannot go wrong.

A guest loo by the front door ensures convenience for further visitors.

Please remember - while the property enjoys a prime beachfront location, accessing the sand and sea involves a venture down the road to the public access area and a drive in the car to the Boknes Beach and lagoon or you can drive around the corner to Cannon Rocks and access the Pipe Beach and Swimming Beaches.
