    Positioned along the popular Alice Road between Nautilus Beach and The Cannons, this seaside holiday home is an ideal getaway for families or friends keen to relax and unwind at the sea. Its convenient location near the picturesque forest walk makes it a great choice for those who love outdoor adventures.

    The house is double storey and accommodates up to eight guests across four well-appointed bedrooms, with ocean views visible from many parts of the home. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom, also equipped with a double bed, includes its own en-suite with a shower.

    The third and fourth bedrooms each have double beds and share a bathroom that is fitted with both a bath and a shower. A guest toilet is available for added convenience. All bedrooms open onto a balcony, offering views of the ocean. There is also a sleeper couch in the TV area (suitable for two small children if required).

    On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen and living area, both of which offer beautiful sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, toaster, and microwave, while the adjoining scullery contains a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The living space includes a 12-seater dining table, comfortable seating, a TV with DStv, and a built-in barbeque (braai).

    The upper floor features two balconies, one offering sea views and the other providing a view of the nearby mountains.
