Nestled right on the beachfront, this characterful home is ideal for a beach holiday with loved ones. The main house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, while an additional cozy back cottage provides overflow space for 2 more.

A private pathway leads directly onto the beach, providing easy access for seaside strolls and dips in the ocean.  About a 10-minute beach walk away lies the swimming beach, while further down awaits the popular Pipe Beach. This house is situated in the popular Alice Road and on the beachfront, between Nautilus and The Swimming Beach.

Upon entering the house, a sliding door grants access to the pathway leading to the beach.  Upstairs, you will find the main living area, the heart of the house, boasting open rafters and sliding doors opening onto a wooden deck and veranda area—a perfect spot to soak in the coastal atmosphere and that view.

The open-plan living area features a charming kitchen and a farm-style large table with seating for 8 people and a cozy sitting area.  Sliding doors open onto the front deck, offering breathtaking views of the beach and beyond.

Downstairs, three lovely bedrooms await, along with two bathrooms, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests.

Parking is conveniently located in front of the house and on the driveway, and for added security, the property is equipped with an alarm system.

1st Booking: Approximately 14 days until December 27th.
2nd Booking: Approximately 14 days from December 27th through January.
If your booking falls within this period and includes the changeover dates, the nightly rate may vary.
