Designed with care, this well-planned home is ready to make your holiday easy and relaxing. A housekeeper comes in three times a week so you can focus on unwinding and enjoying your time away.

    Built by the owner with great attention to detail, the house has a welcoming feel from the moment you walk up the railway sleeper steps into the spacious entertainment area.

    Located close to Pizzarella, the Kariega slipway and Kariega Beach, it is ideally positioned for beach days, boat trips and easy meals out. It is a comfortable, well-laid-out home designed to make your holiday just right.

    This property is ideal for a family with teenagers or grown-up children. Please note, it is not suitable for young children.

    The main living area has high ceilings and stacker doors on both sides. One side opens onto the back deck, where a covered veranda shelters a table and chairs for ten people. The other side opens onto the main entertainment area with a granite-topped bar, outside wine fridge, braai (barbeque) and large corner couch for relaxing. Chances are, this is where you will spend most of your time when you are not at the beach. Depending on the weather, you have various options to entertain.

    The main living area features a suede couch, adding to the relaxed, stylish atmosphere. An additional chill room with another television and a leather couch offers a perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

    There is also a formal lounge with a second television and an open-plan kitchen and living space. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need, with an indoor dining area conveniently adjacent.

    The house sleeps eight people across four bedrooms:

    • The main bedroom is upstairs and features a private sitting area and small balcony overlooking the tree canopy. The en-suite bathroom includes a slipper bath, walk-in shower and double basins.

    • Bedroom two is downstairs and overlooks the back deck. It has a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a slipper bath, corner shower and vanity.

    • Bedroom three has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

    • Bedroom four overlooks the entertainment area and offers a double bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and sink.

    The property is fitted with solar, water tanks and gas geysers so you are well set up for a worry-free stay.
