Although an older property, it is solidly built and offers generous space along with all the essentials for comfortable living. Everything is set on one level, with an open-plan lounge and dining area for relaxed gatherings. The large separate kitchen comes with a stove and there is a separate outside laundry with a washing machine.

The home also offers flexibility for dining, with two options available – a casual spot in the kitchen or a more formal setting in the dining room – making it easy to entertain family and friends or enjoy meals with a view.

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms:

• Main bedroom with a double bed, desk area, and a perfect sea view. The en-suite bathroom includes a bath, shower and toilet.

• Bedroom 2 with two single beds and sea views.

• Bedroom 3 with two single beds and sea views.

• Bedroom 4 with two single beds, situated at the back of the property (no sea view).

The shared bathroom for bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 includes a bath, toilet and basin. There is also a garage with space for one vehicle.

From the front garden, wooden stairs lead up to the house, which opens onto a wooden deck overlooking the beach. For entertaining, there is an indoor and outdoor braai (barbeque) area, plus a sunny braai/sunroom that’s perfect in any weather.

1st Booking: Approximately 14 days until December 27th.
