This is a classic double storey holiday home in a fantastic position. It is comfortable, practical and designed for easy coastal living. Situated at the top end of Parker Road close to Elliot Road the house is perfectly placed for a fun seaside break.
The location offers the best of both worlds. The younger ones can walk to the beach and enjoy the New Year’s fireworks while those who prefer a little more peace and quiet can take in the action from the balcony with a glass of bubbles. Oh yes - let's not forget the braai area too.
Downstairs features a spacious open plan living and dining area with a large table that is ideal for family meals, games and relaxed holiday evenings. Large sliding doors open onto the downstairs balcony allowing the sea air and views to flow through the space. Also on this level is a bedroom leading onto the balcony and an open plan bathroom with a bath shower and basin and sperate toilet area. Note, there is a seperate guest toilet too.
Upstairs there is another balcony with sea views and three additional bedrooms. A further three bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom Two has two single beds and bedroom three has a single bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 3 pax). These bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath a shower over the bath, a basin and a toilet. The main bedroom is positioned at the end of the passage and is generously sized with an open plan shower area and a separate toilet. All bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs enjoy lovely views.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a small scullery with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher making holiday living easy and relaxed. The property is fitted with water tanks with a 27000 L capacity, so there is no need to worry about water supply. The house also offers Wifi and DSTV.
This is very much a bring the sand in and relax kind of holiday home. It is unfussy, welcoming and ideal for families or groups looking for a well located house close to the beach and festive action, while still offering space to unwind.

This property operates on a two-week December/January booking system:
1st Booking: Approximately 14 days until December 27th.
2nd Booking: Approximately 14 days from December 27th through January.
If your booking falls within this period and includes the changeover dates, the nightly rate may vary.
