This generously proportioned home features a swimming pool and a spacious entertainment area with a bar, where you are likely to spend most of your time relaxing. Though not on the beachfront, it is just an easy 10-minute walk away.

Offering ample space with five bedrooms spread over two floors, this lovely home is the perfect spot to relax and bring the whole family. While it is a slightly older property, it is well-maintained and equipped with everything you need.

The upstairs features a kitchen, seating and dining areas, and three bedrooms. There is also a wooden deck with lovely sea views. Using the spiral staircase, downstairs you will find the bar area, which includes an additional fridge and extra surface area for ease when braaiing and preparing food. There is also an additional seating and dining area, as well as two more bedrooms. A sliding door leads to the outdoor barbecue (braai) area and swimming pool.

On sunny days, you can open all the doors for easy access between inside and outside on both floors. As situated on a double plot, an added bonus is the large garden area, with further outside seating under the wooden veranda area.

Please note: There are stairs leading up to the property from the garden/street side and a spiral staircase inside the house, which might be challenging for those who are infirm or unsteady on their feet.
