Featuring a small outdoor seating area and braai, perfect for summer evenings, the house's focal point is the charming dining room and open-plan little kitchen, with free standing butcher block. Adorned with fresh shabby chic furniture and retaining quaint flooring details, this space serves as an inviting area for dining and entertainment.

The house is furnished with attractive pieces, featuring a blend of lovely furniture with eclectic finishing touches.

The first bedroom is positioned to the left of the dining area, providing a double bed complemented by a free standing antique wardrobe space.

Bedroom Two features a Queen Size bed accompanied by fitted wardrobes, utilising the main bathroom. Whilst the third bedroom serves as the main bedroom, offering a King Size bed, a free-standing antique wardrobe, and a convenient ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin.

For those seeking relaxation indoors, there's a modest TV area designated for Netflix and casual lounging. The second and third bedrooms are generously sized, each furnished with a queen-size bed. The enclosed garden adds an extra dimension for unwinding.

For added convenience, a housekeeper can be arranged at an extra cost.
