• A fourth bedroom is privately positioned on the opposite side of the lounge, complete with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, basin and toilet.

The home features a spacious open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen designed for effortless holiday living. Generous interiors allow families and groups to spread out comfortably while still enjoying quality time together. The kitchen is well-appointed with a double oven, central island, dishwasher and a dedicated coffee station. A separate utility room adds further convenience, complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer and chest freezer for easy, longer stays.

Outdoor Setting & Location

Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac along the Boknes River, the property enjoys a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. While there is no direct river view, easy access to the river and nearby bush hide is just a short stroll away - perfect for nature lovers, birdwatching and leisurely walks.

The established garden provides ample space for children to play, outdoor entertaining, or a relaxed afternoon game of cricket.

Entertainment

Upstairs features a fantastic entertainment area with TV and indoor braai - the true social heart of the home. This inviting space naturally becomes the gathering spot. Thoughtfully designed for convenience, the upstairs area includes an additional fridge as well as cutlery, crockery, and all the essentials, meaning there’s no need to constantly move up and down to the main kitchen. The space opens onto a further outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxed sundowners or casual outdoor dining. Please note that access is via stairs, making the area less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

This property operates on a two-week December/January booking system:
1st Booking: Approximately 14 days until December 27th.
2nd Booking: Approximately 14 days from December 27th through January.
If your booking falls within this period and includes the changeover dates, the nightly rate may vary.
