The owners of this delightful property, currently occupied with work overseas, have decided to share their piece of heaven with you by opening their home as a vacation rental.
Nestled perfectly in "old-Boknes" in a peaceful cul-de-sac, it is no wonder this home holds a special place in our hearts. Its ideal location offers convenient access to the river, just a couple of hundred meters down the road, and a leisurely 600-meter stroll leads you to the main beach.
Impeccably kept and boasting a sleek modernity, this residence offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Throughout the house, durable and visually appealing travertine natural stone flooring has been laid.
The main living space has an open layout and a granite kitchen, complete with a center island and stools, perfect for family gatherings while cooking. Additionally, there is a separate scullery equipped with grocery cupboard and a scullery room with the necessary kitchen appliances.
Downstairs, two comfortably sized bedrooms share a well-appointed main bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and vanity basin.
The main bedroom is upstairs, with its own bathroom and an additional upstairs lounge and TV area.
There is a lovely, enclosed L-shaped patio with plenty of outside seating and complete with a barbecue (braai area), ideal for evening gatherings and entertaining.
