This well-appointed holiday home is situated within walking distance of the Volo and within easy reach of both Eastbourne and Westbourne beaches, making it an ideal setting for a substantial family gathering or a retreat for a group of friends seeking a coastal break.

The house is a tiered property and spans two stories, accommodating up to 10 guests. It features four bedrooms and two bathrooms within the main structure, complemented by a separate cottage. Three bedrooms have double beds, while one bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers. The cottage includes a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and an outdoor shower.

The main living space of the house includes an open-plan kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. A breakfast bar with stools adds to the space. For added convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer and an extra freezer are available in the separate scullery.

Adjacent to the kitchen, an 8-seater dining table is placed next to a fireplace, with a spacious lounge area with comfortable couches.

Stacking doors open up to a covered patio featuring a built-in barbecue (braai area), providing an inviting space for an evening sundowner and friendly conversations with friends.
