This is a lovely family home, brimming with memories. The owners are well travelled and when not in residence and off exploring, they graciously open their doors to fellow travellers wanting a seaside holiday. Ideal for families, including grandparents, seeking both communal spaces and a private space to branch off for an afternoon snooze.

The house boasts a spacious kitchen and open-plan living area, featuring an indoor braai and a secondary TV lounge, ideal for leisurely afternoons. A large dining room table provides the perfect setting for shared meals.

Ideally positioned at the popular Pipe Beach, the beach front of the house has a wooden veranda and a magnificent view, offering two seating areas, which is useful depending on the weather. For those golf enthusiasts, a tiny square golf putting tee is situated just at the top of the stairs as you go onto the beach (do be careful when lobbing those golf balls).

What is a great addition to this house is a little separate self-contained cottage just off to the left-hand side of the living area, which is an ideal spot for two. With two single beds and cosy seating area. The bathroom has  a shower and toilet and basin and a balcony, this is ideal to breakaway from the crowds if required.

Bedroom two and three both have double beds and share the main bathroom with shower and toilet and basin.

A second front veranda provides a sheltered spot to observe the world passing by.

NOTE - There are about 5 steps on a grass verge leading up to the front veranda area. Then a further 6 wooden steps leading to the front door. The house is on ONE level. The beachfront side of the house has steps leading down to the beachfront.

This property operates on a two-week December/January booking system:
1st Booking: Approximately 14 days until December 27th.
2nd Booking: Approximately 14 days from December 27th through January.
If your booking falls within this period and includes the changeover dates, the nightly rate may vary.
