Nature's Landing offers an ideal retreat for nature enthusiasts, aviation aficionados, and water sports enthusiasts. This 102-hectare freehold property comprises 30 north-east-facing small holdings, averaging one hectare each. Residents benefit from communal access to a jetty and a private airstrip.

Established as a nature conservancy, Nature's Landing aims to preserve the diverse wildlife native to this region of South Africa. Along the Bushman's River, the estate showcases unique fauna and flora not found elsewhere. The thoughtfully designed homes seamlessly integrate with the scenic surroundings while respecting the untouched riverine ecosystem.

The house, designed for a large family and friends, features an open-plan layout with a modern kitchen and separate scullery area off from the kitchen. With the lounge and dining area leading onto the deck, this house is perfect for relaxing and entertaining and taking in the spectacular view.

Multiple bedrooms open onto the expansive outdoor deck, offering a seamless connection to the natural surroundings. The generously proportioned main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, one double and one single, which share a well-appointed bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms boast two single beds each and share another tastefully designed bathroom. An additional detached outdoor bedroom, complete with its own en suite bathroom, provides a welcoming space for guests.

The residence accommodates up to 12 individuals (this would include the seperate little cottage), ensuring ample space for everyone to unwind without feeling crowded.

Use of the boat mooring can be arranged and booked in advance, depending on availability.

Situated in a conservation area abundant with indigenous flora like Euphorbia, Cycads, Aloes, and small game, this is a beautiful spot to simply unwind.

Controlled access through a gatehouse and 24-hour security contribute to a secure living experience.

A housekeeper can be arranged for an additional daily charge. It is important to note that the conservation area operates under strict rules. Guests are required to be collected and returned from the main guard house each morning, adhering to the established guidelines.
